TTS Thailand recently held a fire evacuation exercise for all its employees. The purpose of the fire evacuation exercise is to provide an opportunity for employees to assess their knowledge of the fire evacuation plan and their ability to evacuate the facility as quickly and safely as possible.
As part of the Company’s Green Initiative to safeguard our environment, TTSG contributed our unwanted electronic items to the “Household E-Waste Collection Campaign” held at Straits Quay, Penang. Our participation in the campaign is to create continuous awareness and encourage our employees to practise earth-friendly ways to dispose of unwanted electronic and electrical items in a responsible manner.

Double joyous celebrations! Whilst celebrating Chinese New Year, TTSG Singapore also took the opportunity to fittingly recognise and appreciate its long serving employees during the simple get-together lunch. Congratulations to all recipients especially to Swat Leng for achieving 15 years of service with TTS.
Acknowledging that employees are our greatest asset, TTS Group makes it a tradition to recognise the long service of our employees by holding a simple and meaningful Long Service Award presentation. This year, a total of 9 employees had received their awards at separate ceremonies held in TTS sites in Penang and Johor. The awards were presented to thank them for their dedication, commitment and contribution to our organization.
The Heads of department from the various sites of TTS group recently met for 3-days to negotiate and forge the delivery of service commitment amongst the internal departments. The objective of this year’s operational planning is to create awareness amongst all departments to collaborate the realization of internal level commitment, which are to be aligned with the customers changing expectations and sustain TTS business competitiveness.
