Procurement Specialist
Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Overall ownership of Sourcing and Purchasing Department
  • Develop and implement procurement strategy to achieve optimal vendors’ selection, performance and price.
  • Drive sourcing and technical discussion with suppliers in acquiring cost effective supply.
  • Continue improvement of the process and procedure and ensure full compliance with company policy.
  • Review purchase requisitions, analyze quotes, generate and review purchase orders.
  • Evaluate the challenges faced by the business and take actions to mitigate cost increase pressure and review opportunities to make business savings.
  • Liaise with other departments to accommodate production demand and changes.
  •  Collaborate with vendors to expedite orders as dictated by changes in internal and external customer requirements.

Job Requirements:

Cost Accountant
Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and verify product costing model.
  • Drive operational data collection and costing project activities.
  • Report timely variance analysis and action plan to address the variance gap.
  • Conduct project review with HODs to report cost and benefit analysis by product, and cost control activities.
  • Initiate realignment and improvement in accounting system and inventory procedures to support costing project.
  • Handle inventory cost review.
  • Prepare and review capital investment to assess payback period and NPV.
  • Handle/Manage full set accounts under Financial Accounting.

Job Requirements: 

  • At least 6 years working experience with 3 years in costing/financial accounting in a manufacturing environment.
  • Meticulous, proactive, analytical and independent.
  • Degree in Cost Accounting/Accountancy or professional qualification in ACCA/CIMA/MACPA/CPA.
  • Hands on in handling cost accounting in a manufacturing operations/process.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Formulate strategies to identify business potential and develop new markets in Malaysia.
  • Ownership of sales goals & objectives for his/her key accounts.

  • Prepare technical documents and specifications based on customer’s requirement.

Accounts Executive
Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Total ownership of Full Set of Account.
  • Perform Monthly Closing, Company and Group Reporting within given deadline.
  • Report the expense status on a monthly basis including forecast of annual expenses and analysis of actual expenses.
  • Conduct monthly SOFP reconciliation and revaluation for APAR, bank and inventory.
  • Prepare and present monthly financial report to business unit managers of TTS.
  • Drive periodical stock count, costing and variance analysis.

Principal RF System Engineer
Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Supervise both the Antenna System Team and Signal Integrity Team.
  • Coordinate, develop and correlate the RF Measurement System.
  • Responsible for full lab equipment.
  • Understand and update the management on the RF landscape and latest development.
  • Perform failure analysis and share reports on RF related matters.
  • Coach and train junior engineers.

Job Requirements: 

  • Master / Ph.D. degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering.
  • At least 10 years related working experience in RF and Antenna system development with at least 3 years in leadership and management role.
  • Design, measurement and correlation experience of mmWave PCB/module, mmWave Antenna and mmWave Jigs.
  • Knowledge and experience on de-embedding process.
  • Good interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Hands on experience in RF simulation software - ANSYS HFSS, Ansoft Designer, CST and SolidWorks.
  • Hands on experience with laboratory equipment (oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, network analyzer and RF verification equipment)

Production Planner
Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Plans production schedules to meet customer order requirement, draws up master guidance schedule to each operation process.
  • Responsible to establish production schedule and delivery control to ensure On Time Delivery to customer.
  • Prepare lists of required kits or component.
  • Prepare purchase requisition to obtain kits / standard part for BOM.
  • Prepare commercial Invoice/consignment note/shipping document for dispatch parts.
  • Plan, schedule & coordinate the customer orders to production based on capacity availability.
  • Liaise/Daily follow up with operation team on daily production schedule planning activities to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Liaise with purchaser/vendors on out sourced service/fabrication, and keep track of the quality and delivery schedule.
  • Analyse inventory levels and personal forecast for necessary to support order demand.
  • May prepare on-time delivery report & relevant report.

Job Requirements:

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Design of Cantilever Pins (Contact Fingers), Sockets and Jigs.
  • Manage the Manufacturing/ Verification/ Reliability of the designs.
  • Perform FEA Simulation.
  • Communicate with customer and across internal departments to meet technical requirements.

Job Requirements: 

  • Min 5 years of related design experience in Cantilever Pin/Socket/Jig.
  • Familiar with SolidWorks Design and FEA Simulation.

FAE Engineer
Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical and application support to customer.
  • Prepare technical documents and specifications based on customer’s requirement.
  • Collaborate with sales, design and other relevant departments to obtain and provide accurate information for product application.
  • Identify and resolve any technical issues on customer’s test floor.
  • Find sales opportunity to achieve a pre-determined sales target.

Job Requirements: 

  • Possess at least a Diploma in Engineering (Electronics/ Electrical, Mechanical or related field).
  • At least 3 years of working experience in Test Houses (OSATs) in the position of Product Engineer, Production Test Engineer or Tooling Engineer.
  • Familiar with test sockets, pogo pins, final test and/or WLCSP testing.

Production Manager - CNC
Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Overall ownership of CNC Production.
  • Provide leadership and coaching to subordinates for sustainability and compliance.
  • Manage production capacity and ensure On Time Delivery.
  • Develop and implement system that optimize all phases of production processes.
  • Improve process capability and productivity while maintaining/improving quality standards.
  • Prepare training procedure/process checklist to guide machinists on CNC process.
  • Monitor Machine Efficiency, Utilization and Downtime.
  • Collaborate with Design, QA & QTF Dept to continuously improve Technical Competency, Yield Rate, Process LT and DFM.
  • Provide costing on all parts to PE & Finance department.
  • Ensure compliance with Work Instruction, Operational Safety and Quality Management System.

Job Requirements: 

  • Diploma/Degree in Manufacturing/Industrial Automation engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 12 years of CNC manufacturing/Precision Engineering experience is a must with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Preferable with process engineering & project management experience.
  • Customer and service oriented with good technical problem solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and aggressive in meeting dead line.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Previous experience in a high-mix-low-volume manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.



CNC Programmer
Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Analyze drawings, sketches and design data to determine dimension and configuration of cuts, machine speeds and feed rates.
  • Prepare CNC programming with Mastercam software, monitoring CNC programs and ensure accuracy of all instructions through comparison with drawing and design.
  • Develop work holding and select cutting tools.
  • Create and compile necessary documents to aid setting up and operation of machines, including instruction sheets on cutter tools setup.
  • May require to machine components for first articles or production.

Job Requirements: 

  • SPM, STPM, Certificate, Diploma in Precision Machining Technology, Engineering or equivalent. 
  • 4 years’ experience writing CNC programs in a machining environment.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the use of CAD, CAM and MasterCam.
  • Capable of programming own work on MasterCam and holding close tolerances.
  • Know how to operate CNC Drilling/Milling machines.
  • Understand and know the use of inspection and measurement tools.
  • Proficiency in GD&T application is a plus.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Raw material preparation.
  • Review program for part/fixture fabrication.
  • Perform workpiece/part set up on CNC Machine.

  • Perform part set up (set work offset(X,Y,Z), identify fixture location/coordinate, tool set up).
  • Flip view set up and alignment setting.

  • Fresh graduate from Precision Machining Technology Level 4 and above.

  • Perform setup for FA projects (non-standard design).
  • Edit program/adjust process sequence.

  • Create rework program and handle part rework process.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting activities (review NC program/data etc.)
  • Verify in process critical dimensions and fine tuning.
  • Perform daily and regular cleaning and maintenance task on CNC machinery.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop, enhance and support ERP System implementation.
  • Administer ERP systems including; establishing accounts, setting permissions, reporting and standardized processes and procedures.
  • Establish and support training programs as required.
  • Adhere to standard IT processes including, documentation, change control process, requirements definition, and record keeping.
  • Work with the IT Tech to provide full support to organization.
  • Carry out any other responsibilities as and when assigned by Superior/Management.

Job Requirements: 

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 4+ years' experience in associated field, ERP.
  • Experience with MS-SQL and SQL coding, reporting.

CNC Autolathe Machinist
Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Operate CNC Auto Lathe machines ( small diameter parts).
  • Set up RO (Repeat Order) parts for production.
  • Monitor tool life span and change tool.
  • Do trouble shooting problems at machine.
  • Perform routine machine maintenance.
  • Supervise 2 operators in the team.
  • Able to work on rotating shifts.

Job Requirements: 

  • SPM / Certificate or Diploma.
  • Min 2 to 3 years’ experience in Auto Lathe industry.

MEMs Engineer
Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop pin/socket design parameters  and validation.
  • Provide expertise to identify key parameters and perform sensitivity analysis related to device performance based on manufacturing best practices
  • Monitor  product performance to determine impact related to changes in conditions, operations, and environment.
  • Perform design validation and reliability testing related to exposure to temperature limits, shock, and extended operation for pin/socket.
  • Develop qualification / verification test plans to ensure device and system requirements are met.
  • Perform characterization testing, data analysis, and failure analysis of prototype and pre-production units.
  • Support of schedules, planning, and execution of tasks / sub tasks to ensure program milestones are achieved.

Job Requirements: 

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Physics. Master or PhD qualification preferred.
  • 5 to 15 years of experience in related technical field.
  • In-depth knowledge or experience in MEMS and measurements of electronic packaging related to opto-mechanical systems.

Engineering Assistant (Clerical
Job Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Assist to prepare documents, work instructions, product specifications, analysis reports, plans and engineering change orders (ECOs).
  • Review and correct errors in documentation as directed.
  • Maintain a log of issued and returned controlled documents to comply with Quality System Regulation (eg Flow Charts, Bill of Materials (BOMs)).
  • Create redline comparisons for reviewers; Portable Document Format (PDF) files; and embed photographic items in Words, Excel or Powerpoint documents. Work closely with sales and mechanical design team to ensure all customers’ requirements documents are well coordinated.
