Engagement with employees has always been a key part of the work culture in TTS. Annual activities organized such as Chit Chat with CEO, Durian Party, Movie Day, community work, etc are all geared towards engaging our employees in the workplace. This year, TTS has stepped up its engagement with employees by organizing an Employees Engagement Day. The Engagement Day kicked off with a breakfast, movie screening, and ended with a zumba dance fitness session for all employees. The objective of the event is to enhance employees commitment, pride and a sense of personal responsibility towards job satisfaction.
TTS made its presence felt at the inaugural Semicon SEA held in Penang, Malaysia recently. Aligned to its mission to be a leading integrated ATE test tooling solutions provider in Asia, TTS showcased its range of test sockets and probe pins to all visitors at its booth. TTSG is honoured once again to be invited to speak at the Technical Sharing Session in the recent BiTS workshop held in Mesa Arizona. We shared our knowledge and experience in pushing the DFM’s (Design For Manufacturing) envelop for our newly launched Berry Socket, a P0.2mm WLCSP socket. TTSG is celebrating 35 years of engineering success in the semiconductor test tooling industry. Our growth and progression have been made possible with the help and support of our stakeholders including our customers, employees, shareholders, community among others. We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to these individuals and institutions that have collaborated with us over the last 35 years. To mark this significant milestone , TTSG is launching the “Celebrating 35 Years” logo which will appears on all TTSG’s collateral.
Showing our caring side and our responsibility as a corporate citizen … Donation by our employees to help the flood victims in Malaysia was matched 1 to 1 by TTSG. The proceed was handed to the Malaysian Red Crescent Society to be channelled to the flood victims in the affected areas.
“We are 8 years old…”, from our enthused employees in TTS Thailand. The anniversary was celebrated in a cosy and joyful setting this month, together with a long service award presentation to our deserving employees. Congratulations.
TTS held two separate special lunch events at its site in Penang and in Johor, to acknowledge and recognise the commitment and contribution of our long serving employees. The events were attended by senior management of the Group including some from overseas. The Long Service Award was presented to the recipients by the CEO, amidst cheers and applause by fellow colleagues. Special recognition was also given to those who had served the Group for more than 10 years.
“A Learning Journey, Quality and Productivity” – that is the theme of TTS Group Operations DOP2015, which is an annual planning event for the upcoming year. All Heads of Departments and Team Leads from various TTS facilities and locations had converged and brainstormed formulas of productivity improvement in the areas of production and operation. The results of the 3 days DOP2015 session saw the inception of six productivity improvement projects that will be carried forward into next year.
Test Tooling Solutions Group announced the merger and integration of Kenshi Singapore and rebrand the new entity under the Test Tooling Solutions Group, effective 1st Sept 2014.
