TTS Group has kicked off its world wide marketing campaign for 2007 by launching a full page color advertisement with Chip Scale Review for 3 consecutive months starting in June. The special edition of Chip Scale Review for Semicon West in July will include an editorial on the company and an upfront interview with the CEO to discuss the future direction of TTS Group.
