TTSM today announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to purchase a factory plot of about 60,000 sq. ft. within the Penang Free Trade Zone for RM3.3 million. The acquisition is subject to the approval of the Foreign Investment Committee and Penang Development Corporation.

The shareholders announce the incorporation of Test Tooling Solutions Group Pte Ltd in Singapore (TTS Group). Being an investment holding company, TTS Group is to provide management services to a group of related companies operating within the semiconductor industry.
