TTSG is honoured once again to be invited to speak at the Technical Sharing Session in the recent BiTS workshop held in Mesa Arizona. We shared our knowledge and experience in pushing the DFM’s (Design For Manufacturing) envelop for our newly launched Berry Socket, a P0.2mm WLCSP socket.
