As part of the annual planning, the Operation Teams from the various TTS sites met in Penang in early November 2013 to strategize on the best Operational Excellence Model for our Group. The session saw a total of 27 HODs and senior staff engaged intensively over a period of 3 days. Based on the outcome, the Group hopes to develop an OE Model focused on the delivery of a consistent and reliable value flow to the customers in our key operation processes from design to post sales support.
