Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and verify product costing model.
- Drive operational data collection and costing project activities.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Plans production schedules to meet customer order requirement, draws up master guidance schedule to each operation process.
- Responsible to establish production schedule and delivery control to ensure On Time Delivery to customer.

- Prepare purchase requisition to obtain kits / standard part for BOM.

CNC Programmer
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Analyze drawings, sketches and design data to determine dimension and configuration of cuts, machine speeds and feed rates.
- Prepare CNC programming with Mastercam software, monitoring CNC programs and ensure accuracy of all instructions through comparison with drawing and design.
- Develop work holding and select cutting tools.
- Create and compile necessary documents to aid setting up and operation of machines, including instruction sheets on cutter tools setup.
- May require to machine components for first articles or production.
Job Requirements:
- SPM, STPM, Certificate, Diploma in Precision Machining Technology, Engineering or equivalent.
- 4 years’ experience writing CNC programs in a machining environment.
