Procurement Specialist

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Overall ownership of Sourcing and Purchasing Department
Develop and implement procurement strategy to achieve optimal vendors’ selection, performance and price.
Drive sourcing and technical discussion with suppliers in acquiring cost effective supply.
Continue improvement of the process and procedure and ensure full compliance with company policy.
Review purchase requisitions, analyze quotes, generate and review purchase orders.
Evaluate the challenges faced by the business and take actions to mitigate cost increase pressure and review opportunities to make business savings.
Liaise with other departments to accommodate production demand and changes.
Collaborate with vendors to expedite orders as dictated by changes in internal and external customer requirements.
Yearly review of vendors’ performance and cost matrix.

Job Requirements:

Diploma/ Degree in Supply Chain Management/ Engineering (Material Science)/ Business/ Economics or equivalent.
5 years’ procurement experience in a precision manufacturing environment.
Experience in team management.
Strong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.
The ability to cope with pressure of demand targets and tight deadlines.
Knowledge in production planning activities or supply chain management.
Familiar with ISO9001/RoHS compliance.

Cost Accountant

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Develop and verify product costing model.
Drive operational data collection and costing project activities.
Report timely variance analysis and action plan to address the variance gap.
Conduct project review with HODs to report cost and benefit analysis by product, and cost control activities.
Initiate realignment and improvement in accounting system and inventory procedures to support costing project.
Handle inventory cost review.
Prepare and review capital investment to assess payback period and NPV.
Handle/Manage full set accounts under Financial Accounting.

Job Requirements:

At least 6 years working experience with 3 years in costing/financial accounting in a manufacturing environment.
Meticulous, proactive, analytical and independent.
Degree in Cost Accounting/Accountancy or professional qualification in ACCA/CIMA/MACPA/CPA.
Hands on in handling cost accounting in a manufacturing operations/process.
Knowledge of ERP system is an advantage.

Sales and Application Manager

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Formulate strategies to identify business potential and develop new markets in Malaysia.
Ownership of sales goals & objectives for his/her key accounts.
Achieve annual sales target and ensure the result is in line with Company’s business plan.
Prepare technical documents and specifications based on customer’s requirement.
Provide technical and application support to customers.
Interface between customers and various internal departments.
Perform any other responsibilities as and when assigned by Superior.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of sales & application experience in semiconductor test interconnect or related industry.
Good working relationship with Semiconductor and/or Test & Packaging companies (OSATs).
Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related field.
Highly independent, resourceful, aggressive and result oriented.
Good communication and presentation skills in English.

Production Manager - CNC

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Overall ownership of CNC Production.
Provide leadership and coaching to subordinates for sustainability and compliance.
Manage production capacity and ensure On Time Delivery.
Develop and implement system that optimize all phases of production processes.
Improve process capability and productivity while maintaining/improving quality standards.
Prepare training procedure/process checklist to guide machinists on CNC process.
Monitor Machine Efficiency, Utilization and Downtime.
Collaborate with Design, QA & QTF Dept to continuously improve Technical Competency, Yield Rate, Process LT and DFM.
Provide costing on all parts to PE & Finance department.
Ensure compliance with Work Instruction, Operational Safety and Quality Management System.

Job Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Manufacturing/Industrial Automation engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 12 years of CNC manufacturing/Precision Engineering experience is a must with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Preferable with process engineering & project management experience.
Customer and service oriented with good technical problem solving skills.
Self-motivated and aggressive in meeting dead line.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Previous experience in a high-mix-low-volume manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.

CNC Programmer

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Analyze drawings, sketches and design data to determine dimension and configuration of cuts, machine speeds and feed rates.
Prepare CNC programming with Mastercam software, monitoring CNC programs and ensure accuracy of all instructions through comparison with drawing and design.
Develop work holding and select cutting tools.
Create and compile necessary documents to aid setting up and operation of machines, including instruction sheets on cutter tools setup.
May require to machine components for first articles or production.

Job Requirements:

SPM, STPM, Certificate, Diploma in Precision Machining Technology, Engineering or equivalent.
4 years’ experience writing CNC programs in a machining environment.
Demonstrate proficiency in the use of CAD, CAM and MasterCam.
Capable of programming own work on MasterCam and holding close tolerances.
Know how to operate CNC Drilling/Milling machines.
Understand and know the use of inspection and measurement tools.
Proficiency in GD&T application is a plus.
Experience as a Machinist would be preferred.

Machinist – Level 1

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Raw material preparation.
Review program for part/fixture fabrication.
Perform workpiece/part set up on CNC Machine.
Jig/fixture preparation and set up.
Perform part set up (set work offset(X,Y,Z), identify fixture location/coordinate, tool set up).
Flip view set up and alignment setting.
Verify in process critical dimensions and fine tuning.

Job Requirements:

SPM, STPM, Certificate/ Diploma in Precision Machining Technology, Engineering or equivalent.
Fresh graduate from Precision Machining Technology Level 4 and above.
2 years of related working experience in a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
Computer literate in MS Office Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
Able to handle CNC Drilling/Milling, Lathe, Cutting, Grinding, Measurement Tools.
Understand machine math, basic drawing and Geometric Dimension and Tolerance (GD&T).

Machinist – Level 2

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Perform setup for FA projects (non-standard design).
Edit program/adjust process sequence.
Create Jig Clamp/Fixture.
Create rework program and handle part rework process.
Perform basic troubleshooting activities (review NC program/data etc.)
Verify in process critical dimensions and fine tuning.
Perform daily and regular cleaning and maintenance task on CNC machinery.

Job Requirements:

SPM, STPM, Certificate/ Diploma in Precision Machining Technology, Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years related working experience in a manufacturing environment.
Computer literate in MS Office Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
