Mr. Joseph Sue is appointed the Senior Vice President and COO of Test Tooling Solutions Group, overseeing the PCB Division which includes Design, Fabrication and Assembly. Joe has more than 25 years of experience in PCB related industries in Asia & USA, His last appointment was the Vice President of an established EMS and PCB operation in Santa Clara.
